With over two decades in Muay Thai, I’ve dedicated my life to movement, discipline, and empowering others. I spent 10 years coaching kids at Linxx Academy, 5 years coaching kids and adults at The UFC Gym and running group classes from functional fitness hiit classes to bag work classes. After the UFC Gym I switched gears and started teaching more aerobic group classes and found a love for Pilates.
I focus on creating strong, balanced bodies while keeping workouts motivating and accessible. Whether it’s striking, strength, or core work—my goal is to help athletes move with power, control and confidence.
